Speaker & Mentor

I’m Lori Kinnee—a fourth-generation rancher, mentor, and speaker. I’ve carried calves, contracts, and kids, and I’ve come to believe that the greatest strength we have isn’t just in our hands or land, but in our own inner knowing.​ I created RancHer by Lori to support women who are called to the land. This is a place to lead with your heart, reconnect to yourself, and thrive in a way that feels whole.
